Our COACHES are here to help guide you through the process. Learning how to clean up your body is the key to health success. We offer one time consultations and active care coaching, via Skype, Facetime, or phone, to help you get the health results you are looking for. The CLASSES page will get you started with 4 short videos teaching the basics of the PANACEA approach. Our coaches can answer questions, go over your health history, and guide you through the corrective process and the choosing of the right nutritionals for you.

Meet Our Coaches




Lindsey Goldwasser is a holistic health coach, wellness educator, and energy expert (in addition to your biggest cheerleader and accountability partner). She is also a yoga/meditation instructor, and indigo business owner in Arlington, VA. Lindsey received her Bachelors of Science in Education and Kinesiology from the University of Virginia and her Masters in Arts and Education from George Washington University. After she graduated from the Integrative Institute of Nutrition (IIN) Lindsey felt compelled to shift careers. She uses her knowledge of movement and science, plus her own experiences, to coach others. Lindsey works with individuals to achieve more balance, more energy, and more healthy habits during everyday life struggles, as opposed to surrendering to stress and digestive issues. By coaching others through lifestyle shifts, nutritional values, and self-care tactics, Lindsey empowers her clients to take control of their health, wellness and life.

I am a coach and have been working with clients for the past three years to get the life they want. My coaching is grounded in mindfulness, the simple practice of paying attention to what’s happening in the present moment. Among its many benefits, mindfulness has been shown to be effective in helping people replace negative, unhealthy habits with positive, healthy ones.

Several years ago, I was fortunate to get referred to Dr. Woods at a time when I was struggling with my weight, sleep and energy. After starting the program you see presented on this website I began to see positive changes in my overall health that added up to a complete transformation of my wellbeing. As a result, I feel fitter and healthier now than I did 25 years ago.

Because of my own experience working with Dr. Woods, I am confident that coaching is an effective complement to his program. With coaching, you can make lifestyle changes that build on, and reinforce, the benefits of his program.

Mindfulness-based coaching is a way of integrating the meditative practice of mindfulness into your daily life to be truly healthy, physically and mentally. The work of manifesting the health you want requires paying close attention to what's going on in your body and mind right now.

This approach has worked for me and my clients and I am certain it will work for you. I offer a free, one-hour sample session, so you can see if coaching is right for you.
